Whitaker Point Trail

Whitaker Point Trail (Hawksbill Crag) is a 2.9 mile heavily hiked out and back trail located near Pettigrew, Arkansas. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible year-round. This hike and view are amazing and Hawksbill Crag may be one of the most photographed spots in Arkansas. There’s a long dirt/gravel road to get to the trailhead, but most vehicles can make it up the road. If wet or icy, an SUV is the best way to reach the trailhead. The views in the Fall with the changing colors is breathtaking.
